PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions which achieve shortening the times until muscle recovery and enhancement, effectively healing muscle damage/atrophy, and have high safety in which the risk of side effects is significantly reduced, by aggressively promoting the proliferating and differentiating action of myoblasts associated with healing in muscle damage/atrophy, further promoting the hypertrophy to myotube cells, and promoting all three muscle regenerative processes for forming muscle fibers.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a muscle cell proliferation, differentiation, and hypertrophy promotion effective composition which is characterized by containing a component derived from lactoferrin.
