PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole and footwear for hallux valgus improving those conventionally formed with a protrusion in a part contacting the sole to prevent the joint of the first toe deformed by the hallux valgus from having burden.SOLUTION: An insole or an undersurface of an inner sole formed in the insole shape has an almost conical bulge 2 with an apex positioned mostly middle of the parts corresponding to a thenar a and a hypothenar e, it is formed gradually thinner as it goes to the outer edge of the insole and the inner sole formed in the shape of the insole and the part corresponding to the thenar a in the insole and the inner sole formed in the shape of the insole is formed with a curved recess 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】外反拇趾用の中敷き及び履物は、外反拇趾により変形している第1趾の関節に負荷をかけないように足裏に当接する一部分に凸部を形成するものが多かった。【解決手段】中敷き及び中敷きの形状を用いた中底の下面には、拇指球aと小指球eに相当する部位の略中間地点を最頂部とした略円錐状の膨らみ2を有し、中敷き及び中敷きの形状を用いた中底の外縁に向かうに従い徐々に薄くなるように形成され、中敷き及び中敷きの形状を用いた中底の拇指球aに相当する部位には湾曲した凹部3′を形成する。【選択図】図8
