The present invention refers to a novel process for manufacturing a liquid extract from mushroom compost, with a physical, chemical and microbiological structure suitable to be used in the culture of mushroom and agriculture in general, which process allows the compost of disposed mushroom to be transformed into liquid state by the determination of total Nitrogen for obtaining the highest concentration of the nutriment required by the plant therefore the application of the same, either by spray and/or irrigation, may prevent the nutriments from being dispersed or lost in the composting the process is characterized in that the base aliquot of the invention may be diluted into distilled water and/or fresh water, without removing the chemical, physical, microbiological and nutritive properties from the compost liquid extract so that obtaining an effective application of the same in the composting.La presente invención se refiere a un proceso nuevo de elaboración de un extracto líquido a partir de composta de champiñón, con una estructura física, química y microbiológica adecuada para su uso en el cultivo del champiñón y en la agricultura en general, cuyo proceso permite transformar a estado liquido la composta de sustrato gastado de champiñón, mediante la determinación de Nitrógeno total para obtener la concentración más alta del nutrimento requerido por la planta de tal modo que su aplicación por aspersión y/o riego evite la dispersión y perdida de nutrientes en el composteo, teniendo el proceso además la característica de que la alícuota base de la invención, se puede diluir tanto en agua destilada, como en agua potable, sin que el extracto líquido de composta pierda sus propiedades químicas, físicas, microbiológicas y nutritivas para su aplicación efectiva en el composteo.
