PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To silence noise of a respiratory assistance device.SOLUTION: A respiratory assistance device 1 comprises: a mask 5 that covers the mouth and the nose of a user and an air blower 10 that is attached to the mask 5 and sends air to become an intake air to the mask 5. The air blower 10 comprises: a housing 11 that has intake ports 16 for taking air therein, a flow path 22 provided to circulate and passing the air taken from the intake ports 16, and a discharge port 17 for sending the air flowing the flow path 22 towards the inside of the mask 5 and a bladed wheel 13 provided in the housing 11 and taking the air from the intake ports 16. The plurality of intake ports 17 are formed along the flow path 22 at some intervals apart from each other.
