To reduce the measurement time to 10 seconds, the measured spectrum is normalized in the interval of 0-1. For calibration, normalized spectra of reference samples luminescence with a known content of trypsin, determined by the specific activity of urease in the pH range of 2.20-0.04 in the region of 500-700 nm are recorded. Using a set of reference samples, a family of spectral curves corresponding to the standards is obtained. The concentration of the trypsin inhibitor is estimated based on the value of the normalized luminescence signal as compared to the reference curves. The device for method implementation comprises LEDs equipped with bandpass filters with a bandwidth of 350-385 nm, located below the transparent vial with the sample being studied.
