Alighting fish attracting device includes a fixed support, a solar panel, a battery, a lamp, and at least one floating member that is configured to float on a water surface when in use. The fixed support and the battery are mounted on the at least one floating member. The solarpanel andthe lamp aremountedon the fixed support. The battery is connected to the lamp and the solar panel. The lamp is located on a back side of the solar panel, and the back side is configured to face the water surface when in use.
