PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a liposome by inducing more efficiently in a novel liposome preparation method for preparing a liposome from hematopoietic cells by a sodium butyrate treatment.SOLUTION: The invention provides a sodium butyrate treatment condition for preparing a liposome efficiently in a novel method for preparing a liposome which comprises preparing a liposome from hematopoietic cells by inducing with a sodium butyrate treatment.
