PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image detection apparatus capable of reducing image noise caused by external light.SOLUTION: A radiation image detection apparatus 1 includes: a scintillator 11 a pixel array 21 arranged close to the scintillator to detect fluorescence generated in the scintillator a first support 20 for supporting at least either one of the scintillator and the pixel array and a housing 5 including a first member 60 provided with a top plate part 62 for transmitting radiant rays and a second member 61, and storing the scintillator, the pixel array and the first support in a shielded inner space formed by combining the first member and the second member.
