The present invention relates to a liquid chemical cleaning and deodorizing apparatus having a foam and salt removal function and particularly provides a publicly known liquid chemical cleaning and deodorizing apparatus, which has characteristics of forming tanks for adjusting water level and removing foam and salt at one sides within a first and a second cleaning liquid storage tank connecting lower ends of a first and a second cleaning liquid recovery pipe to lower parts of the tanks for adjusting water level and removing foam and salt to make the recovery pipes communicate with the tanks respectively forming cleaning liquid discharge holes at lower parts of rear partitions of the tanks for adjusting water level and removing foam and salt installing rotors, which rotate corresponding to driving of a motor and discharge the foam and salt floating over the recovered cleaning liquid to the outside via foam and salt discharge holes perforated on upper parts of one side surfaces of the first and the second cleaning liquid storage tanks, at upper parts of the tanks for adjusting water level and removing foam and salt and installing foam and salt collection tanks with opened upper sides, provided with drain holes at one sides, on one side surfaces of the first and the second cleaning liquid storage tanks on which the foam and salt discharge holes are perforated.
