PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a manufacturing cost is high and a selling price is not low due to a hot-water tank heater for keeping a stored concentrated broth warm to prevent fat and oil components from floating up to a surface, a concentrated broth tank heater, a stirring blade and a motor, and also the problem that labor is required for maintenance because the stirring blade needs to be cleaned.SOLUTION: Concentrated broth circulation piping is provided in a concentrated broth tank and a hot-water tank, a concentrated broth circulation pump is provided in a passage of the concentrated broth circulation piping, a suction port for suctioning the concentrated broth and a discharge port for discharging the concentrated broth are provided in the concentrated broth tank. By starting up the concentrated broth circulation pump, the concentrated broth is suctioned from the suction port and discharged from the discharge port, and the concentrated broth is circulated in the hot-water tank to be kept warm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 貯留する濃縮だしを保温して油脂成分が液表面に浮き上がらないようにするためのに湯タンク用ヒーターと濃縮だしタンク用ヒーターと撹拌羽根とモーターを設けているので、製造原価が高いので販売価格も安価ではなく、また、撹拌羽根を清掃する必要があるのでメンテナンスに手間を要するという課題を有する。【解決手段】 濃縮だしタンクと湯タンクに濃縮だし循環用配管を設け、濃縮だし循環用配管の経路内に濃縮だし循環用ポンプを設け、濃縮だしタンクの内部に、濃縮だしを吸引するための吸引口と、濃縮だしを吐出するための吐出口を設け、濃縮だし循環用ポンプを起動することにより、濃縮だしを吸引口から吸引して吐出口から吐出し、濃縮だしを湯タンクの中に循環させて保温する。【選択図】図1
