PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device, supplying clean compression air without stopping supply of compression air at the time of inspection or replacement of a clean-up filter.
SOLUTION: The filter device is provided with a detachable disinfecting filter unit 45 in the middle of a flow passage from an inflow port 21 of compression air to an outflow port 22. An inflow changing valve 5 is provided between the inflow port 21 and the detachable disinfecting unit 45, and an outflow changing valve 6, between the detachable disinfecting unit 45 and the outflow port 22. A spare filter unit 1 is provided in a bypass 8 formed in the middle of the inflow changing valve 5 and the outflow changing valve 6.
