PURPOSE: A suturing clip is provided to suture a skin tissue while reducing the pain of a patient without damaging the suturing clip. CONSTITUTION: A pair of clip legs(102) is expanded from an elastic unit(104). A needle unit(108) is bent in the end of the clip legs. A gap adjusting unit adjusts the gap between the clip legs.
