A wrist unit of the upper limb prosthesis relates to medical devices, namely to prosthetics and can be used in the manufacture of artificial limbs for disabled persons with amputation of upper extremities. The wrist unit comprises a spherical hinge with a central conical hole, clip, pressing device and latch, with a spherical joint placed between the contact surfaces of spherical pressing device and clips, flange with a central threaded hole which is rigidly connected with spherical hinge pressing device made with sampling and rigidly combined with a shank, which is located on the axis of the opening clips at the end of the shank made groove which is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the set pin retainer made as adjusting figure screw in the center of which is made tapered rod, held by a groove shank and lateral surface contact connected to the pin on the sides of holder openings, one of which is installed with threaded bushing and screw clamp, the second end of which is placed in the opposite hole clips. The wrist unit of the upper limb prosthesis provides easy access for adjustment stiffness (axial clearance) in the operation of the prosthesis and use of adjustment screw instead of springs, clips, adjusting nut and wedge lock simplifies the design with high-functionality of the unit.Променезапястковий вузол протеза верхньої кінцівки належить до медичної техніки, а саме до протезування, протезобудування, і може бути використаний при виготовленні протезів для інвалідів з ампутаціями верхніх кінцівок. Променезапястковий вузол включає сферичний шарнір з центральним конічним отвором обойму притискач та фіксатор при цьому сферичний шарнір розміщено між контактними сферичними поверхнями притискача та обойми, фланець з центральним різьбовим отвором, який жорстко сполучений із сферичним шарніром притискач виконано з вибіркою, та жорстко сполучено з хвостовиком, який розміщено по осі отвору обойми, на кінці хвостовика виконано паз, в якому перпендикулярно поздовжній
