PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic apparatus which can clearly acquire a projection image when viewing a subject from an oblique direction, and allows adjustment of a projection direction of the projection image without performing second photography.SOLUTION: An X-ray photographing apparatus 1 consecutively photographs images while moving an X-ray tube 3 and an FPD 4 to the same direction or directions opposite to each other to acquire voxel data B of an acquired subject, and acquires an image (a reconstruction image P1) corresponding to the projection image acquired by spot photography by use thereof. Because the reconstruction image P1 of the radiographic apparatus is generated by projecting the voxel data B onto a virtual plane, distortion does not occur in the image. If having generated the voxel data B once, a plurality of reconstruction images P1 having different projection directions can be generated without performing photography of the subject M any more, and the apparatus has excellent operability while suppressing exposure to the subject M.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検体に対して斜め方向から見たときの投影画像を鮮明に取得でき、再度の撮影を行わなくても投影画像の投影方向を調節できる放射線撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るX線撮影装置1は、X線管3およびFPD4を同じ方向または互いに反対方向に移動させながら画像を連写することにより、取得された被検体のボクセルデータBを取得し、これを利用して、スポット撮影で取得される投影画像に相当する画像(再構成画像P1)を取得する。本発明に係る放射線撮影装置の再構成画像P1は、ボクセルデータBを仮想的な平面に投影させることで生成されるので、画像に歪みが生じない。また、一度ボクセルデータBを生成してしまえば、これ以上被検体Mの撮影を行なうことなく、投影方向の異なる複数の再構成画像P1の生成を行うことができ、被検体Mに対する被曝を抑えつつ操作性に優れた装置を提供できる。【選択図】図1
