PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laver production machine and a heat recovery device where heat is recovered from a used combustion gas with a simple structure so as to be reutilizable.SOLUTION: Provided is a laver production machine 1 comprising a heating apparatus 17 generating heated air so as to be fed to a dry chamber 3. Then, the heating apparatus 17 includes: a burner 18 generating a combustion gas tubes (the first tube 19A and the second tube 19B) introducing the combustion gas into a chimney 22 exhausting the same, a heat recovery apparatus 30 warming the air with the heat recovered from the combustion gas fed to the tubes and a fan 21 for suction feeding the heated air generated by blowing the warmed air on the tubes to the dry chamber 3. Then, the heat recovery apparatus 30 includes a heat receiving part (the lower part 32a of the tubular member 32) provided on a passage through which the combustion gas fed to the tubes goes to the chimney 22 and receiving the heat from the combustion gas and a heat radiation part (the upper part 32a of the tubular member 32) radiating the heat received by the heat receiving part to the air taken from the outside of the dry chamber 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡単な構造で使用済みの燃焼ガスから熱を回収して再利用できる海苔製造機および熱回収装置を提供する。【解決手段】海苔製造機1は、加熱空気を生成して乾燥室3に供給する加熱装置17を備える。そして加熱装置17は、燃焼ガスを生成するバーナ18と、燃焼ガスを排出する煙突22へと導く管(第1の管19A及び第2の管19B)と、管に供給された燃焼ガスから回収した熱によって空気を温める熱回収装置30と、温められた空気を管に吹き付けて生成された加熱空気を乾燥室3に送給する吸気用のファン21とを備える。そして熱回収装置30は、管に供給された燃焼ガスが煙突22に向かう経路上に設けられ、燃焼ガスから熱を受け取る受熱部(管状部材32の下方部位32a)と、受熱部によって受け取った熱を乾燥室3の外から取り込まれた空気に放出する放熱部(管状部材32の上方部位32b)とを含む。【選択図】図4
