PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for prevention of general outbreak of infections and establishment of biological slime, especially urinary tract infections (UTI) including a catheter-associated urinary tract infection (CAUTI) in medical devices.SOLUTION: Provided is an antimicrobial treatment system including a medical device (for instance, catheter) and an antimicrobial composition containing a specific antibacterial compound. The composition contains an antimicrobially effective amount of at least one of N-halogenated amino acid, a delivative thereof, N-halogenated amino acid source, or a mixture of the delivative of N-halogenated amino acid and the N-halogenated amino acid.
