PURPOSE: A walking assist device for posture balance training is provided to safely implement motions needed for correcting postures. CONSTITUTION: A walking assist device for posture balance training comprises a frame (100), a height adjustment bar (200), and a control unit (300). The frame has casters and a magnetic drive unit (120). The magnetic drive part is connected to both sides of the upper portion of the frame and is connected to a support rod (210). The control unit adjusts the height of the height adjustment bar and controls the running speed and direction of the magnetic drive unit. The magnetic drive unit is connected to a wheel block and comprises a power transfer motor connected to one side of the wheel block and an angle control motor for adjusting an angle against the frame of the wheel block.본 발명은 캐스터가 구비되면서 구동부를 갖는 ㄷ자 형상의 프레임과 상기 프레임의 상측면 양측에 한조씩 연결되면서 상단에 버팀대가 연결되는 높이조절봉및 상기 높이조절봉의 높이를 조절토록 설치되면서 진행방향을 조절토록 설치되는 제어유니트를 포함하는 구성으로 자세균형에 필요한 동작들의 교정효과를 안전하게 구현토록 하는 자세균형 훈련용 보행보조기에 관한 것이다.
