The assembly (2) has a container (4) e.g. plastic bottle, containing an ophthalmic medical liquid and including a neck (14). A dropper dispensing applicator (6) is arranged at an end of the neck, where the applicator and container dispense the liquid in a drop by drop manner by pinching the container between fingers of a hand. A cap (8) closing the container is screwed on the neck. The cap and the neck include a safety unit limiting unscrewing of the cap by application of an unscrewing torque and allowing unscrewing of the cap, when an additional action is jointly exerted with the torque.
