PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thawing sheet for frozen foods or a thawing method capable of thawing frozen foods of meats and fish in a short time with minimizing drip without affecting such frozen foods.SOLUTION: There is provided a heat absorption sheet having a material made by mixing a gelatinous body made by mixing a water-absorbing polymer and water or a viscous body made by mixing sodium carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) and water with powder aluminum or powder ceramic encapsulated in a polymer or metallic bag having flexibility.
