The present invention relates to a method and a device for sensing motion using a pressure sensor of a radiation device. When a moving patient lies on the device for sensing motion using the pressure sensor of the radiation device, a control unit stores the status of the patient sensed by using the pressure sensor in a pressure sensor unit and receives a sensing signal generated when the pressure sensor senses the motion of the patient when irradiation starts. Then, the control unit compares the status of the patient stored in a memory and the sensing signal, determines whether a difference exceeds a reference value, and generates an alarm or outputs a control signal to an external device when the difference exceeds the reference value. When a patient table is managed by the pressure sensor applied to a mattress, the motion of the patient other than breathing can be recognized in radiation treatment and stop the treatment to reduce the risk on the patient.본 발명은 방사선 장치의 압력센서를 이용한 움직임 감지 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 방사선 장치의 압력센서를 이용한 움직임 감지 장치의 동작환자가 누웠을 때, 제어부가 압력센서부의 압력센서에 의해 감지된 환자의 상태를 메모리에 저장하고, 방사선 조사가 시작되면 상기 제어부가 상기 압력센서부로부터 환자의 움직임을 감지한 감지신호를 수신한다. 다음, 상기 제어부가 상기 감지신호와 상기 메모리에 저장된 환자의 상태를 비교하고, 그 차이가 기준치 이상인지 판단하고, 상기 감지신호와 상기 메모리에 저장된 환자의 상태의 차이가 기준치 이상이면, 알람을 하거나 외부장치로 제어신호를 출력한다. 이러한 과정에서 환자가 눕는 테이블에 움직임을 감지할 수 있는 압력센서 매트리스를 적용하여 방사선 치료 시 호흡에 의한 것을 제외한 움직임을 압력센서로 검출하여 환자의 움직임을 파악하고, 나아가서 움직임이 감지된 경우 치료를 중단시켜 환자의 위험을 방지할 수 있다.
