The present invention relates to an apparatus for supplying vegetable gelatin of a soft capsule molding machine, capable of supplying vegetable gelatin with high viscosity onto a sheet with uniform thickness, which comprises: a body part having a front surface and an upper surface opened and a bottom surface inclined in a predetermined direction to allow a gelatin fluid introduced into the body part to flow in one direction； a gate installed on the opened front surface of the body part to be elevated； an elevating part for elevating the gate； a roller part mounted between both ends of the body part and connected to a motor to discharge the gelatin fluid in the direction of the gate while rotating according to operation of the motor； and a knife part mounted horizontally with respect to a horizontal surface of the bottom surface in a direction facing the roller part and coming into close contact with a lower surface of the roller part to scrap the surface of the roller part, wherein a discharge amount of the gelatin fluid can be varied according to the elevation position of the gate.본 발명은 점성이 높은 식물성 젤라틴을 균일한 두께의 시트상으로 공급할 수 있는 연질 캡슐 성형기의 식물성 젤라틴 공급장치에 관한 것으로, 전면과 상면이 개방되고, 내부로 유입된 젤라틴 유체가 일방향으로 흐르도록 기설정된 방향으로 경사진 바닥면을 가지는 몸체부； 상기 몸체부의 개방된 전면에 승강 가능하게 설치된 게이트； 상기 게이트를 승강시키는 승강부； 상기 몸체부의 양측 단부 사이에 장착되고, 구동모터와 연결되어 구동모터의 동작에 따라 회전하면서 상기 젤라틴 유체를 상기 게이트 방향으로 배출시키는 롤러부； 및 상기 롤러부의 대향하는 방향에서, 상기 바닥면의 수평면에 대해 수평으로 장착되고, 상기 롤러부의 하부면에 밀착되어 상기 롤러부의 표면을 스크래핑 하도록 구성된 나이프부를 포함하며, 상기 게이트의 승강 위치에 따라 상기 젤라틴 유체의 배출량이 가변될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
