PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird repelling device for a tank handrail which is mounted to a handrail installed on the periphery of the upper part of a tank and prevents a bird from coming flying and perching on the handrail without obstructing use of the handrail during inspection and repair work of the tank.SOLUTION: A bird repelling device 5 is mounted to a handrail 4 installed to a walkway 3 of a roof, a wind girder, a gauging form and the like on the periphery of the upper part of a tank 1 and is formed by welding fixing brackets 5a to the outer side surface of the handrail 4 at intervals and stretching a wire rope 5b between the upper overhanging parts of the fixing brackets 5a.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 タンクの上部周囲に設けられている手摺に取付け、タンクの点検や修理作業時に手摺りの使用を阻害することなく、鳥が飛来して止まるのを防止するタンク手摺用の鳥避け装置を提供する。【解決手段】 タンク1の上部周囲の屋根やウインドガーダー、ゲージングホームなどの歩廊3に設けられている手摺4に取付ける鳥避け装置5であって、手摺4の外側面に所定間隔を設けて固定金具5aを溶接し、この固定金具5aの上部張出部間にワイヤロープ5bを張設して形成したことを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
