PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly connect a fixation plate to the designated position of a base while mass-producing the base with plastics.SOLUTION: The master model for dental technology includes the fixation plate 2 to which a tooth model 4 is fixed and the base 1 made of plastics and freely detachably connected through a plurality of dowel pins 3 connected to the fixation plate 2. For the base 1, a plurality of columnar projection parts 6 for fixing the fixation plate 2 are provided by being projected at the side part of a surface facing the fixation plate 2 and separated from the side edge to the inner side, and a connection hole 5 to/from which the dowel pin 3 can be inserted and removed is provided on the center part. For the fixation plate 2, a columnar recessed part 7 for fitting the columnar projection part 6 of the base 1 is provided on the side part of the surface facing the base 1 and the dowel pin 3 is fixed at the center part. In the master model for the dental technology, the dowel pin 3 is inserted to the connection hole 5, the columnar projection part 6 is inserted to the columnar recessed part 7, and the fixation plate 2 is connected to the designated position of the base 1 by both of the dowel pin 3 at the center part and the columnar projection part 6 at the side part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】土台をプラスチックで多量生産しながら、固定プレートを土台の定位置にしっかりと連結する。【解決手段】歯科技工用作業模型は、歯形模型4が固定される固定プレート2と、固定プレート2に連結している複数本のダウエルピン3を介して脱着自在に連結されるプラスチック製の土台1とを備える。土台1は、固定プレート2を固定する複数の柱状凸部6を固定プレート2との対向面の側部に突出して、かつ側縁から内側に離れて設けると共に、中央部にダウエルピン3を抜き差しできる連結穴5を設けている。固定プレート2は、土台1の柱状凸部6を嵌着する柱状凹部7を土台1との対向面の側部に設けて、中央部にダウエルピン3を固定している。歯科技工用作業模型は、ダウエルピン3を連結穴5に挿入すると共に、柱状凸部6を柱状凹部7に挿入して、中央部のダウエルピン3と側部の柱状凸部6の両方で固定プレート2を土台1の定位置に連結している。【選択図】図5
