PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning case, on which a simple engaging tool and a locking tool which are surely stoppable, is disposed.SOLUTION: A case body 1 is formed into a rectangular shape, having an opening in the upper direction, and a lid 3 is connected so as to close freely openably on the rear wall of a sidewall A at a hinge portion 10. A planar adhesive locking tool 4 is fixed to the front side of the case body 1, and an uneven engaging tool 5 is attached to the lower side of the planar adhesive locking tool 4 via a belt 11. The upper end 6a of a flexible stopping plate 6 is fixed to the back side of the front side edge of the lid 3, and a reinforcing plate 7 is fixed to the front side of the lower side of the stopping plate 6.
