A control unit (19) is configured to identify the operating body (22) in accordance with the detection signal received from the sensor (54) for a duration as long as an output shaft rotates a predetermined number of revolutions and is configured to control a drive source (11) suitable for an operation of the operating body (22) based on the identification result.
