The present invention relates to a water culture medium sterilization device and a sterilization method using the same. The present invention includes the water culture medium sterilization device preventing plant damage by using a high-voltage pulse electric field after a medium is moved to a sterilization container. The present invention also includes the sterilization method using the same. The present invention also includes the sterilization device that does not have to be managed by a user because an automated facility is built in the water culture medium sterilization device. According to the present invention described above, the high-voltage pulse electric field is generated from an electrode provided in the sterilization container, and then an abnormality is generated in the membrane potential of the microbial cell in the medium and the cell membrane is destroyed. As a result, the medium is sterilized. According to the present invention, a controller provided in the sterilization device transmits a signal at preset time intervals to a conduit and a high-voltage pulse electric field generator and control is performed such that a sterilization treatment can be executed periodically. Accordingly, the automated facility can be built that does not have to be managed by the user.본 발명은 수경재배 배양액 살균 장치와 이를 이용하는 살균 방법에 관한 것으로서, 배양액을 살균 용기로 이동시킨 후 고전압 펄스 전기장을 이용하여 식물에 피해가 없도록 하는 수경재배 배양액 살균 장치와 이를 이용하는 살균 방법을 포함한다.또한 본 발명은 수경재배 배양액의 살균 장치에 자동화 설비를 구축함으로써, 사용자가 관리할 필요가 없는 살균 장치를 포함한다.상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 살균 용기에 구비된 전극으로부터 고전압 펄스 전기장이 발생하면 배양액 내 미생물 세포의 막 전위에 이상을 발생시켜, 세포막을 파괴시킴으로써 결과적으로 배양액이 살균되는 효과가 있다.또한 본 발명에 따르면 살균 장치에 구비된 컨트롤러가 기 설정된 시간 간격으로 신호를 도관과 고전압 펄스 전기장 발생기에 전송하여 주기적으로 살균처리를 수행할 수 있도록 제어하므로, 사용자가 관리할 필요가 없는 자동화 설비를 구축할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
