PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a squid fishing sinker for raising a sinker sinking speed and for preventing a spin at a sinking time in accordance with the speed-up of a squid fishing device, and a squid fishing device having the sinker disposed at the leading end of a fishing line.SOLUTION: A sinker is formed into a tapering long shape as a whole, and the whole outer circumference of a sinker body 2 having a generally circular shape in a transverse section continues to a tip part having a small arcuate shape and has a stream line shape upward.
