A cleanser comprising: component (A) that is an ionic surfactant； component (B) that is a polyglycerol fatty acid ester having a hydroxyl value of 0-60 inclusive, said polyglycerol fatty acid ester being obtained by esterifying a polyglycerol having a degree of polymerization of 2-10 with at least one saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched C6-22 fatty acid optionally having hydroxyl group； and component (C) that is water. In this cleanser, the content of component (A) amounts to 5-60 mass% relative to the mass of the total cleanser.
