PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of embryo bud granules is provided by selecting pure embryo buds and adding an additive using an image selecting method using a light source and a digital camera that takes images of the embryo buds to which the light is irradiated. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of embryo bud granules comprises the steps of: sorting embryo buds of rice； pulverizing the sorted embryo buds； mixing an additive with the embryo buds powder； and manufacturing the mixed embryo buds powder into pills or granules, wherein the sorting of the embryo buds comprises the steps of: a first embryo buds separating step of irradiating light to the embryo buds using a light source located inside a dark room； a second embryo buds separating step of analyzing a digital image by taking an image of the light-irradiated embryo buds using a CCD(Charge-Coupled Device) camera； and a third embryo buds separating step of selecting impurities from the embryo buds by an ejector that receives a digital image analysis value.
