PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of embryo bud granules is provided by selecting pure embryo buds and adding an additive using an image selecting method using a light source and a digital camera that takes images of the embryo buds to which the light is irradiated. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of embryo bud granules comprises the steps of: sorting embryo buds of rice; pulverizing the sorted embryo buds; mixing an additive with the embryo buds powder; and manufacturing the mixed embryo buds powder into pills or granules, wherein the sorting of the embryo buds comprises the steps of: a first embryo buds separating step of irradiating light to the embryo buds using a light source located inside a dark room; a second embryo buds separating step of analyzing a digital image by taking an image of the light-irradiated embryo buds using a CCD(Charge-Coupled Device) camera; and a third embryo buds separating step of selecting impurities from the embryo buds by an ejector that receives a digital image analysis value.
