PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting-system tree-planting method preventing roots of a tree from rising up on the ground even when the tree is grown. SOLUTION: The mounting-system tree-planting method for road-bordering trees and the like comprises: placing a root ball of the tree on a road surface; covering the surroundings of the root ball with soil dressing; surrounding the periphery of the soil with detachable wall faces so as to maintain the soil dressing; and detaching the wall faces after the tree grows up. According to the method, the tree is planted to be in a mounted state so that the roots of the tree do not rise up around the trunk of the tree and the roots grow perpendicularly, and the tree is surrounded with the detachable wall face so that the soil around the roots placed at a position higher than the road surface is prevented from flowing off due to rainwater and fine roots thickly grow on the surface of the soil.
