The eco-friendly paint composition according to the present invention comprises 150 to 200 parts by weight of a water-dispersible acrylic resin, 25 to 45 parts by weight of a self-emulsion type epoxy resin, 3 to 8 parts by weight of ethylene glycol, 10 to 20 parts by weight of sericite, 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of an activated carbon, 1 to 2 parts by weight of silver nano-zeolite, 1 to 3 parts by weight of an inorganic flame retardant, 0.5 to 1.0 part by weight of an insect repellent, 1.0 to 1.5 parts by weight of an antifoaming agent, 0.1 to 0.8 part by weight of a dispersant, 0.1 to 0.5 part by weight of a surfactant, and 30 to 60 parts by weight of water.
