A robotic milking system suitable for use with conventional milking clusters. Clusters are withdrawn to a generally known position upon release from a cow with the cups hanging down below the bowl. The cups are then located in a confined region from where they are picked up by a robotic arm and attached to teats of a cow. The arrangement allows a single robotic arm to service multiple bales of a rotary milking parlour.L'invention concerne un système de traite robotisé approprié pour être utilisé avec des faisceaux trayeurs classiques. Les faisceaux sont retirés à une position généralement connue lorsqu'ils sont enlevés des trayons d'une vache, les gobelets étant suspendus sous le bol.. Les gobelets sont ensuite placés dans une zone confinée dans laquelle ils sont saisis par un bras robotisé et attachés aux trayons d'une vache. L'agencement permet à un seul bras robotisé de desservir les multiples balles d'une salle de traite rotative.
