A Rope buffer device and method thereof is disclosed in embodiments of the invention. The Rope buffer device includes a case, at least a reel, at least a rope and a buffer. The case includes a first space and a second space. The first space includes an opening. The reel is set in the second space. The rope is twining round the reel. The front end of the rope passes through the first opening and the width of the rope is gradually wider from the first opening to the center of the reel. The buffer is set in a side of the first opening and includes a first buffer part and a second buffer part.
