The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration, which is self-emulsifiable on contact with a hydrophilic phase and a lipophilic phase, said composition comprising: (i) enzymes or enzyme mixtures with at least lipolytic activity, and (ii) a system comprising • at least one surfactant in an amount of 2 to 90% by weight, • at least one co-surfactant in an amount of 5 to 60% by weight • in an amount of 0 to 70% by weight, a lipophilic phase represented by di- and/or triacylglycerides with aliphatic C6-C22 carboxylic acids, whereby the components surfactant, co-surfactant and the lipophilic phase together make up to 100% by weight of the system, and the system makes up 10% to 95% by weight of the pharmaceutical composition. The present invention also relates to the process for the preparation of solid pharmaceutical preparations.
