The occluding component represents a cylinder made of a flexible and liquid-impermeable non-shape-memory material. The cylinder comprises a proximal chamber, a distal chamber and a connecting port which links these two chambers. The occluding component may be compressed into a first extended profile. A proximal end of the occluding component is attached to the first positioning element. A distal end of the occluding component is attached to the second positioning element. The first and second positioning elements provide a hermetic overlap of the cylinder and represent two mutually matched components. There are no stiffeners provided inside the cylinder to make it rigid in its third position extended radially, but compressed longitudinally.
