In addition, different physico-chemically stable, safe, efficient and effective compositions comprising the synergistic combination are protected, as well as the manufacturing process and different pharmaceutical administration forms.La presente invención se refiere a la combinación sinérgica de lercanidipino y/o sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, aliskireno y/o sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, así como a la composición que contiene dicha combinación, adicionalmente se refiere al uso de dicha combinación para preparar un medicamento para su administración en conjunto con uno o más excipientes farmacéuticamente aceptables, para el control y/o prevención y/o tratamiento de hipertensión y trastornos relacionados. Además, se protegen diferentes composiciones fisicoquímicamente estables, seguras, eficientes y eficaces que comprenden la combinación sinérgica, el proceso de fabricación y diferentes formas farmacéuticas de administración.
