A skin-attached medical device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a medical device and a radiation sterilization-resistant adhesive layer, and the adhesive layer comprises a (meth)acrylic polymer and a wettability-stabilizing agent. Containing the agent and the wettability stabilizer is at least one selected from rosin ester resins, terpene phenol resins, and hydrides thereof.
