PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acupressure/exercise combined device allowing a user to perform therapy of the whole body (the head to feet) by himself/herself using a single device formed by improving drawbacks of an acupressure device such as need of separate devices, cure the body by himself/herself, thereby significantly reducing wasteful time for commuting back and forth to a clinic, traffic expenses, a treatment time, and treatment costs, having comfortable daily life and saving money, and to be used in elderly facilities and used for healing mind and body before/after sports.SOLUTION: The unstable acupressure and exercise columnar and round-bar device is created for improving exercise effect, regardless of body sizes and heights, on the basis of contemporary medicine and Eastern medicine, and is characterized in the acupressure effect and the exercise effect.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の指圧器具は、別々の器具が必要などの欠点を使いやすいように、本発明はこれ一つで全身(頭~足)まで自分で出来る。自分で治せる、それにより超大きな無駄な治療院などに通う時間、交通費、治療時間、治療費も超削減ができ、生活にゆとりが生まれ、お金が貯まる指圧と運動の併用器具を提供する。又、本発明器具は高齢者施設、スポーツの前後の心と体の手入れに利用が出来る。【解決手段】現代医学、東洋医学を基に、体の大小、身長の長短に関係なくできる運動効果を高めるために不安定な指圧運動円柱丸棒器具を作り、指圧効果、運動効果を特徴とする。【選択図】図1
