PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam sterilizer in which the inner peripheral surface of a mouth part of a container can surely be irradiated with an electron beam by simple constitution.SOLUTION: In each of the electron beam sterilizers 10A and 10B, a light reflecting plate is arranged near the mouth part 100a of the container 100, the electron beam emitted from an electron beam irradiation device 20a on a lateral side face of the container 100, is reflected by the light reflecting plate and the reflected electron beam is emitted from the mouth part 100a of the container 100 toward the inside of the container. Permanent magnets 73N and 73S are arranged on gripper pawls 72 and 72 of a gripper 12 for gripping the container 100 respectively. The electron beam is deflected in a direction perpendicular to both of the flow direction of the electron beam and the direction of magnetic lines, by the magnetic lines going from the permanent magnet 73N toward the permanent magnet 73S.
