PURPOSE: A regenerated silk composition and a production method of the composition are provided to enable an application onto biotechnological materials or other purposes, to offer excellent mechanical strength along with an improved biodegradation degree executing a dissolution process of silk in an optimized condition.CONSTITUTION: A production method of a regenerated silk composition includes the following steps refined silk is mixed in a metallic salt solution, and the silk is dissolved by maintaining the temperature at 70-90 deg. C for 5-60 minutes and the solution in which the silk is dissolved passes through a dialysis process with water. Metallic salt is one or more selected from a group composed of calcium chloride, calcium nitrate, lithium bromine, lithium thiocyanate, magnesium nitrate, zinc nitrate, zinc chloride, ammonium thiocyanate, and copper sulfate. The metallic salt solution further includes lower class alcohol with 1-6 carbons.
