Connection for testing analog/digital converters has the analog input (41), the sampling input (43) and the digital output (42). The connection is formed by the pulse generator (1) whose output (11) is connected via the filter (2) having the non-inverting input (31) of the differential amplifier (3). The output (34) of the differential amplifier (3) is an output for connecting the analog input (41) of the analog/digital converter (4).
