The present invention relates to a ginkgo nut peeling apparatus which automatically crushes the inner skin of ginkgo nuts put in after removing the outer skin. The present invention is formed by the following: installing a pair of upper and lower guiding members (13a, 13b) which face each other with an interval on the front side of a supporter (12) which is vertically installed on a base plate (11) installing crushing plates (30a, 30b) on each guiding member to be slid forming a vertical falling groove (32) with an opening facing forward on the inside of each crushing plate forming a discharging stand (50) on the lower side of the falling groove (32) installing eccentric cams (40a, 40b) on the outside of each crushing plate fixing ends of restoring springs (15a, 15b) fixed to a fixture (14) of the supporter (12) to the crushing plates (30a, 30b) periodically pushing the crushing plates (30a, 30b) while rotating the eccentric cams (40a, 40b) by a driver (50) and installing a supplying hopper (20) with a supplying opening (21) located on the upper side of the supporter (12) on the top of the falling groove (32).
