A tong blade is attached to the side surface of the scissor blade, so a harvested fruit is prevented from being dropped from the scissor blade when the fruits are harvested. A pruned branch is cramped and supported by the tong blade of the scissor blade when pruning is performed. The scissor blade operation lever is installed to restrict an operation length of the scissor blade operation rod, so proper selection is realized according to an agricultural work type.
