PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition containing such gels as to obtain efficient optical blurring of wrinkles, fine lines, pores, skin imperfections, and the like.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a non-aqueous cosmetic composition containing gel 10, which is present in an amount of 1-100% to the weight of the cosmetic composition. The Gel 10 contains (a) a fractal network 30 of a nanoparticle 20, and (b) a translucent macro particle 15 covered with the fractal network 30 of the nanoparticle 20. The refractive index of the nanoparticle 20 is not consistent with the refractive index of the macro particle 15. The cosmetic composition contains less than 1% of water. The gel 10 is a non-aqueous dispersing element of a first nanoparticle 20 and a second nanoparticle 20. The gel 10 has a pH so that the first and second nanoparticles 20 have surface charge of a positive or negative reversal sign. The first and second nanoparticles 20 have a particle diameter in a range of 50-900 nanometers. The refractive index is in a range of 1.38-2.
