The present invention relates to a method for eliminating a low absorption rate and low bio-applicability, which are flaws of the prior method for transferring hydrophobic drug, by transferring hydrophobic through skin or a mucus membrane. A microstructure of the present invention is produced by using a bio-compatible material, easy to be dissolved in water and ethanol, as a frame material and thus can carry hydrophobic drug. According to the method of the present invention, there is little loss of the drug, and the desired amount of the hydrophobic drug can be transferred into a body through skin or a mucus membrane. The microstructure of the present invention can selectively and locally transfer the hydrophobic drug to a desired area such as cancer cells, muscle, and cells. The microstructure can transfer drug, which has the molecular weight of 500 or greater and is fat-soluble, and can transfer, with sustained-release, the drug by adjusting fast transfer properties and the composition of the prior fat-soluble drug. 본 발명은 소수성 약물을 경피 혹은 점막으로 전달하여 기존의 소수성 약물 전달 방식의 한계인 낮은 흡수율과 낮은 생체 활용성을 극복하고자 하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 마이크로 구조체는 물과 에탄올에 잘 용해되는 생체적합성 물질을 골격 물질로 사용하여 소수성 약물을 담지할 수 있다. 본 발명의 마이크로 구조체의 제조방법은 제조과정 중에 약물의 손실이 거의 없으며, 원하는 양의 소수성 약물을 피부 혹은 점막을 통해 체내로 전달 할 수 있다. 본 발명의 마이크로 구조체는 암, 근육, 세포 등 원하는 부위에 선택적이고 국부적으로 소수성 약물을 효과적이고 안정하게 전달할 수 있다. 본 발명의 마이크로 구조체는 분자량이 500 이상인 지용성 약물의 전달이 가능하고 기존 지용성 약물의 빠른 전달 흡수와 조성 조절에 따른 서방성 전달이 가능하다
