Invention herewith described refers to the endoprosthesis for hip developmental disorders i.e. to the hip endoprosthesis which resolves the problem of the total hip replacement in patients with developmental disorders of the hip (DDH) including congenital dislocation of hip, where the use of the existing hip endoprosthesis is not suitable. The aim of the invention is to develop design of hip endprosthesis which will correspond to the shape of the abnormally developed femur and the acetabulum of which will be easily fixed to the bone with a porous surface into which bone tissue will ingrow.The part of the endoprosthesis which is implanted into the femur (femoral component) has the cylindrical shape on the outside (8, 9) which is which is in the upper part continuously extended with the plate-shaped part (14) on which there are mounted two parallel wings (11, 11, 12, 12) for achieving better rotatory stability in the final stage of installing the femoral component. The outer wing can be placed on the plate-shaped part or, as in the second and the third variant, at the top end of the cylindrical part. The plate-shaped part (14) on the inside ends with an irregular arch which corresponds to the shape of the corresponding part of the femur in the hip with developmental disorders (DDH). On the plate-shaped part immediately in front of the inner wing there is hole (15) for easier removal of the femoral component from the femur and in the upper inner part, the plate-shaped part is extended with the swell (13) which is further continued with the neck of endoprosthesis (16, 17). The part of endoprosthesis which is implanted into the acetabulum of the patient is in the shape of a hemisphere (3) whereat in the cemented endoprosthesis it is made of plastic and on its outer surface has circular channels while in the non-cemented endoprosthesis of the hip it has the shape of the metal jacket with holes (6) through which runs the screw (5) while the surface (7) of the jacket has th
