PURPOSE: A percutaneous artificial cardiac valve and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to facilitate the transplantation of a percutaneous valve. CONSTITUTION: A percutaneous artificial cardiac valve comprises a leaflet(110), a conduit unit(120), and a wing unit(130), and a stent(140). The conduit unit is formed in the shape of a cylindrical pipe in which the top and bottom thereof are opened. The leaflet is formed in the shape of a cylinder and is combined with the inner circumference of the conduit unit. The wing unit is formed in the shape of a plate and is sutured in the conduit unit and leaflet. The stent is equipped with a pillar unit supporting the wing unit.본 발명은 경피용 인공심장판막 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 a) 판막엽을 도관부에 삽입하고, 상기 도관부의 내측에 삽입된 상기 판막엽의 일단을 상기 도관부에 결합하는 단계； b) 상기 판막엽과 상기 도관부 및 상기 날개부를 결합하는 단계； 및 c) 상기 날개부를 지지하는 지주부를 구비한 그물망 형태의 스텐트 내부에 서로 결합된 상기 판막엽과 상기 도관부를 삽입하고, 상기 날개부에 상기 지주부를 결합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경피용 인공심장판막의 제조방법과 경피용 인공심장판막을 제공한다. 본 발명의 실시예들에 따르면 경피용 인공심장판막의 크기를 현저히 줄일 수 있어 경피적 삽입을 위한 시스(sheath)를 더 작게 할 수 있으므로 경피적 판막이식이 더 용이하게 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
