The present invention relates to an output-controllable electronic ballast for a fish luring lamp, which is configured to set up an initial lighting state of a discharging tube by generating a pulse which instantaneously has a high operating frequency and solves a cause of radiation of unnecessary electromagnetic waves by using a low operating frequency after the lighting of the discharging tube. The output-controllable electronic ballast for a fish luring lamp comprises: a rectifier circuit for converting an alternating current (AC) voltage into a ripple voltage; a power factor improvement circuit for converting the ripple voltage into a direct current (DC) voltage; an output voltage variable circuit for monitoring an output voltage to maintain the output voltage of the power factor improvement circuit at a constant level; a full bridge circuit for converting the DC voltage into a high frequency voltage in a similar sine wave form; an output circuit for generating a resonance voltage according to the output frequency of the full bridge circuit and outputting the resonance voltage to a discharging tube; an adiated electromagnetic wave blocking filter for attenuating unnecessary electromagnetic waves contained in the outputted resonance voltage; a tube voltage/tube current detection circuit for detecting and measuring a voltage and a current of the discharging tube; and a microcomputer circuit configured to provide control signals to a vibration circuit by receiving the voltage and the current obtained from the tube voltage/tube current detection circuit so that an operation signal of the full bridge circuit is generated and a time constant value of a capacitor of the output circuit according to an output frequency for each operation phase of the discharging tube is varied, thereby inducing a resonance according to the output frequency.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 순간적으로 높은 동작주파수를 가진 펄스를 발생하여 방전관의 초기점등 상태를 만들고, 방전관의 점등후에는 낮은 동작 주파수를 사용하여 불요전자파 방사원인을 해결한 출력조절형 집어등용 전자식 안정기
