An integrated circuit with multiple input ports to receive multiple voltage signals, can output periodical voltage pulse of which frequency is proportional to the input voltage from the specified input port. A decoder is used to choose all input to go through sequentially, and an offset-voltage tuning button can be used to keep the linearity between each input voltage and the corresponding output frequency.
