The present invention relates to a food sterilizer using plasma. According to the present invention, the food sterilizer includes a plasma discharge module including an upper plate unit and a lower plate unit disposed to be spaced apart from the upper plate unit. The upper plate unit comprises: an electrode pair pattern which is disposed on one surface and includes a first electrode and a second electrode forming electrode pair for generating plasma discharge； and an upper dielectric layer made of a dielectric covering the first electrode and the second electrode. The lower plate unit is disposed to face the upper dielectric layer.
